Discuss it with an adult first.

Wednesday

Watch the story ‘Stay’ again. While you are watching it look at and discuss with a grown up the different letters and notes Ben sends Grandpa and the features these have which help you know it is a letter. Write a list of the features you will include in your letter to Grandpa from Buster.

Thursday

Guided Writing

Have a go at writing a draft of your letter to Grandpa from Buster saying Sorry. Today it is ok for a grown up to help you decide what to write and check your work with you. When you have finished read your letter back and check for any mistakes with a grown up.

Friday

Independent Writing

Today you are going to write the final draft of your letter to Grandpa on your own. Remember to take your time and check for the mistakes you made yesterday. When you have finished show your grown up and let them check it.
