Welcome to Moston Lane School website.

I hope you find the website useful and you find all the information you need. We always value your feedback as you support your children through their exciting “journey “ through the school.

We are a two form community primary school situated in North Manchester. Our school is a warm, inclusive, nurturing school and a wonderful place to learn. We are ambitious for all of our children and encourage them to always “be the best that they can be”.

Bikeability Free Sessions

Bikeability are running some new courses over the holidays called Ride to Road. The sessions aim to get children from cycling on the playground to being confident on the roads. They will be a mix of learn to ride (L1 & L2). The sessions will be for 1hr 45 minutes each day over 5 or 4 days. We have 3 session times with each time being for a different ability. They will have sessions for non-confident/ non riders as well as mixed ability and confident riders. 

Session schedule:

Wythenshawe Park w/c 28th July & w/c 4th August

Boggart Whole Clough beginning 19th & 26th July.

Parent Workshops (ONLINE SAFETY)

Manchester Schools are totally committed to the digital safety and wellbeing of their students. As part of this, we are running a workshop dedicated to helping parents understand the risks their children face in their online lives and the practical things parents can do to help. Please join us for this hour-long workshop in which Katherine Howard, Head of Engagement and Education at Smoothwall will provide you with lots of valuable insights and tools.
