This week (4th-10th February) it is Children's Mental Health Week. The theme for this year is 'Healthy: Inside and Out'
When we take steps to be Healthy: Inside and Out, it helps us to feel better in ourselves, focus on what we want to do and deal with difficult times. This week we will be thinking about how to keep ourselves healthy and completing a range of activities around the subject.
