Mental Health Awareness Week 2020

This week it is Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme this year is 'Kindness'.
Now more than ever it is so important that we show kindness towards each other. This week especially, think about how you could be kind to others and the people you live with. To find out more about the power of kindness, click on the link to view a powerpoint all about 'Kindness'.
You could also try some of the following activities:
- Create a poster encouraging people to be kind and display it in your window
- Complete 5 random acts of kindness this week
- Do helpful things at home
- Be kind to yourself - take some time to do something you enjoy
